PAC picks up where your appointments end
Â
Your neurologist and healthcare team do essential work: adjusting medications and managing symptoms.Â
PAC is there for you in-between appointments:
- When daily tasks get harder, like getting in and out of the car or eating.
- When you're trying to figure out how much exercise, and what kind, is right for you.
- When thinking changes and you need to adjust.
- When you're caring for a loved one with PD and need to know how to help.
